James Legere – bassist, vocals

James is originally from Peterborough Ontario where he first started his musical journey writing songs. As a consummate musician, he is also an excellent guitarist, an accomplished vocalist, and he can also play piano and drums.

James studied Recording Engineering at the Trebas Institute of Recording Arts and continues to produce and record his own music with his band Shank Street Social.

With more than 20 years as a session guitarist and vocalist, James has played many styles including blues, rock, country, pop, oldies, ska and rap. The Rhythm Addicts, The Corvairs and the Prodigal Suns are just a few of the bands James has played with. He has also had the pleasure of playing on the same stage as Jeff Healey, Tony Springer, Jerome Godboo and Danny Marks.
