WOW! What a month October 2016 has been with two SOLD OUT dances – one in Mississauga and the other in Acton.
We now look forward to our upcoming appearance at The Old Mill, Toronto.
The Old Mill Tea Garden restaurant was founded by R. Home Smith in 1914, next to the ruins of an old grist mill on the Humber River in The Kingsway district of Toronto. It became a great place for dancing to big band music in the 1920s. In 1983 it was designated as a heritage property by the former city of Etobicoke and retains that designation with Toronto.

I remember when Tommy Wilson was Little Caesar from the neighborhood hanging around with us at Bloor and Shaw and the Orient Lunch restaurant back in the late 50’s. I still have a copy of their early demo recording with Hang on Sloopy and all the others. Hopefully Tommy is still going strong.
